A digital video deposition is a record of much more than the spoken word. When digital video is brought into the deposition process communication subtleties of inflection and demeanor are captured along with the testimony. This, in part, is why attorneys are using digital video depositions and presentations.
Since the
early days when cameras and videotape
evidence were first admitted into the
courts, there have been many changes in
technology and recording capabilities. M&M
Video Systems has kept pace with these
changes and is leading the way in the use
and integration of these technologies into
the courtrooms and trials.
If the original deposition
is videotaped by M&M Video Systems, we start with a DVCAM
master, and because it's digital
your final product will look as
good as the master tape.
Whether or not the master
videotapes originate with us we
can still edit them for you
and/or make transfers and
copies. We make the editing
easy. Simply mark the deposition
transcript with page and line
designations and we'll cut the
tape for you.
Our edit systems create media that is fully compatible and can be synchronized with the written record by the use of SMPTE timecode. Included in our basic hourly charge is the ability to create computer graphics and add titles or even freeze a frame of video and add special effects. Our goal is to make your program communicate your message.
